ok, d16y7's dont bring knock sensor and I wanna put a y8 vtec head how would I be able to install the knock sensor...does the y7 block have like a plugged hole for the knock...and wat r the benifits of having a knock sensor

 

You're gonna need a Y8 harness, that way you don't have to run vtec wires either

 

o ok but does the knock sensor just plug right into the y7 block where it would go in the y8?
