Default kind of a noob question. In theory.....

My car in running rich and I think it's because of my chipped P28 ECU. Would getting a bigger throttle body and matching it to my skunk2 manifold make the motor run leaner or would the ecu just compensate for the extra air and dump even more fuel in. I'm just trying to help the situation and get a t-body on the side before I go tunning.

are you getting any codes? best way i know is to adjust the fuel pressure/timing if there aren't any codes. Also check your map sensor hose. If there is a leak or if its connected to the wrong nipple you'll run rich.

i just got my fuel pressure guage on and its reading around 43psi at idle with the hose on. I think ill just get a t-body cuz I know I might have a leak through the tps sensor. I took it off since my sensor is mounted with screws not rivets, and the dealer ship doesn't sell that gasket cuz the usdm tps's are rivited so I had to make my own gasket and it didn't go very well.
