For the record, I have nothing personal against you. The thread deserved to be reported and it was. However, the fact that you're at your current percentage level is entirely your doing. Had you just sucked it up and swallowed your pride like a man when you were at 98% you'd be in a much better position. Every penalty you've incurred thus far you've explicitly asked for.

Whilst my working day has been a bit poor it hasnt been a total loss. We have learnt today that is not possible to have a fractional percentage, zero is the default when you try and select it.
