Keeping the ecu in a "headlock" while using VAFC?
I'm using a vafc currently b/c it came with the car. It was dyno tuned with a wideband and the car runs awesome, until it gets fully warm.
I'm new to these cars so im guessing at that point the computer enters closed loop?
At this point the car feels noticably more sluggish and extremly less responsive, all the way through the power band.
I recently read in another thread that you can put the ecu in a "headlock" while on the dyno for tuning purposes by using a jumper on the blue plug off the ecu.
Here are the questions:
1) can i run the car like that all time?
2) How do i properly do it if possible.
3)What am i possible hurting by doing this?
TIA

Ive heard of people doing this while they adjust the timing so the ecu doesnt try to compensate for the changes. This probably wont help much but itll give the post a bump.
