Cams that are made for high power, vavle springs to handle them, ported air flow so that you can actually flow the air needed at that speed and a tunable fuel and igniton system..,.......(insert cheesy line) "Not a bad way to spend ten thousand dollars"
What would you need to make a c5 rev to 11k and make power up there? I saw a dyno sheet on ericks racings site and the car had power all the way to 11k.
