Default Just buying b16 head....what else...

I just bought a b16 dohc vtec head.(400cdn + cams+valves ) I have an extra b18b engine. What other parts do I need?

GSR intake manifold?
OBD1 GSR or ITR ECU?
Stock Distributer? b16 distributer?
A wiring harness?

I have found many different instructions on how to do this.....can anyone recomend to me some prefered instructions so I wont fuc this up? Thanks for any info, I have searched these posts and got good info but I just want to make sure I am going to do everything right!
Thanks in advance

With a B16 head you need to run either the ITR intake manifold, or the Skunk2 ITR/B16 intake manifold. The pre-96 GSR (P72) or the 92-95 SOHC VTEC Civic ecu (P28) are good ecu's to run an LS/VTEC. You will need the plumbing to run VTEC oil pressure to the cylinder head. You will need an OBD1 B16 or GSR distributor. You will either need a VTEC engine wiring harness or you will have to run wires yourself for the VTEC solenoid and the VTEC pressure switch. This is off of the top of my head. Team Integra's website has some good info on LS/VTEC's as well.

using gsr water and oil pumps are a good idea, youll also need the gsr timing belt. you have to to minor work to the head before its compatible for ls/vtec. If you use a gsr ecu it will ask for a knock sensor that you cant add, so a chipped p28 ecu is the way to go for you. lsvtec get spun bearings so a main bearing girdle isnt a bad idea. z10 engineering has them, otherwise gsr's have them to. Theres a million tiny details that will make it that much better.
