Just did the head.. what could be wrong

I just did a new headgasket.. studs.. everything is back together.. its gettin fuel.. its gettin spark and the motor is turning but it wont start.. what else should i check?

Check your timing (cam and ignition) and see if you have compression. Check your grounds too.

Is it cranking really fast and sounding weird? its possible its slightly flooded and needs to be cleared so it can start.

it was definately flooding alot.. the plugs came out covered in gasoline.. thx for the input..
