Try looking on the net it'll be faster I believe long beach area and compton area near you not exactly sure but bought some body parts over that way in compton. There's some in the inland empire (so-so) and in san diego bigger yard

Do junkyards usually carry a lot of items? I've heard that many of them don't have useful items nowadays, just my 2 cents.

Ahh pretty much just depends on what you're looking for basically engine parts, interior, exterior parts,etc. just depends on how long the car has been there the longer the less parts it'll have. the yard takes parts away also batteries and other things I'm not fully sure about but, they take things and sell them. the whole car and the damage that put them there.

that my friend would be like giving you a map to my buried treasure!.........honestly though i myself haven't found any good junkyards but i have heard of one in riverside (60 freeway off of pyrite) that is supposedly pretty good. if you willing to make the trip out to that the riverside one, pm me and i'll roll with you.

There are a number of Acura/Honda specialists and even an import Ecology in San Diego (Chula Vista) off the 805 on Heritage and on Nirvana.
