Does anyone have any info on what parts to pic up when putting togather a junkyard turbo kit. Has any of you done this and if so what kind of power did it make?

 

find a turbo from a scrap car, find a manifold (new), have them custom fitted together and voila'! custom turbo. slap an intercooler on there and plumb that bastard and you've got a nice junkyard turbo. numbers depend on what boost, what exact setup, how well it's done, etc. go to forced induction and ask this question and i'll bet you'll get a lot of responces
