jrsc CR-VTEC?
ok...i have a b16 installed in my car that im currently cruisin around in. but its not fast enough, i was thinking since everyone is coming out with turbo/SC cars i have to keep up. so i will throw on a CRV block and a JRSC. has anyone done this setup before? what kinda compression would be best? should i do any headwork? what kind of numbers should i expect? thanks.
i had an NA ls-vtec...problem is alot of people are goin FI. i think honda has a turbo car comin out, as well as the wrx sti, lancer evolution. lookin to toy with some of those. and the sig was referring to not usin viagra

you might wanna build the block, just a thought....the b20's sleeves are a milimeter thinner than normal b series, and they all fail in basically the same spot. they werent meant to go fast, but hey, its cheap, a lot of people can afford to blow one up.
talk to CRVRX on this board, he has the same setup, and would probably answer all of your questions. he's also the guy (john) that is making the new intercooler setup for the JRSC.
I had that setup for about 3 months and i ditched it to go turbo, my exact setup was b20b block/b16 head/ type R sc m62 i/h/e vafc, it was alright but dont expect much top end. I was alot happier with turbo, also note i ran 6 psi on s/c and 6.5 on revhard kit.
Re: "I have a 2 liter JRSC`d b18c. Due to a weird tranny issue, I haven`t tuned yet. I should be dropping it off at Hondata next week."
And, we're all waiting for the dyno chart!
