I would personally go with ITR intake. JG was designed to be used on turbo motors or ones which rev past 9500+rpm with race cams (toda killer cams). by going with the intake you'll loose lots of valueable torque which the motor already lacks.

I just finished putting that manifold on my B16a , I was running 14.50's before and now i am head to head with my friends 14flat crx. this is in a 4th gen hatch.

-my mods B16 stock running no intake piping just small filter for now, will not fit with battery in stock spot.
-2 1/2 exhaust
-stock manifold that is it

you fill a positive power gain at 7000rpm on the B16
I am using this manifold because i am boosting this summer.

my friends car, crx hf
running B16 stock internals
-ITR cams
-msd ignition and Blaster coil
-plus he has FPR

my car is still running untuned and very rich
