jdm itr low compression in 2 cylinders

just got a 96-97 itr block looks like it was boosted lost compression in #2 and #3 cylinder
#2 is at 30psi #3 is at 140 psi
#1 and #4 is at 220
Thats cold compression after sittin outside for probably a year.
trying not to spend too much
Can i re ring 2 cylinders or do i have to put new rings on all4?
And is it possible to check other bearings without disturbing them?
If i pop them off and put them right back
I really dont want to replace all bearings.

You bought a mystery engine with no idea of what happened to it or what it looks like inside. I'd say before speculating on what to replace, open it up and inspect.

I tested compression cold.
I know it was boosted for sure
but under valve cover looks brand new no wear at all and not even a thin layer of sludge
coolant is clean.
oil in cyl #3 exhaust port

broke *** piston lol
but the cylinder wall is not damaged.
the combustion chambers are beat up and 3 of the cylinders
