Im looking at installing my jdm header this weekend. Its my first install and ive got a couple of friends that will be helping out. I was just wondering how long installing a header on a gsr usually takes.

 

First timers should expect about 3 hours +/- 1 hour.

 

does your JDM header have the 2.5" collector? If so don't expect it to bolt up to your gs-r cat and exhaust. you'll need a bigger cat at least.

 

yeah im installin the jdm itr exhaust as well. how long should it take a shop to do?

 

umm... if you've got a 98+ spec jdm itr head, cat, and exhaust then it should take an exhaust shop less than an hour easy to do. this is assuming that your car is an integra. if you're trying to put this teg stuff on an EG then they will have to modify stuff and that will take longer.
