Default Jdm h22a help!

My h22a in my 92 cx starts, but WILL not idle! It starts but revs to 2k, and then dies. Even if I give it gas, it still dies. I got my p28 remapped for a tuned h22a, but obviously not my motor. The guy I believe got the map from somebody on here, but changed a few settings in order to make my motor run.

Any ideas? And.. it idled on the gsr map I used to have. Is the map defective?

NEED HELP ASAP!

I replaced my throttle body gasket, and come to find out, my intake manifold is an h23a. I'm really confused on what to do.

I just got off the phone with a Honda mechanic, and he mentioned the Fast idler valve or whatever the thing underneath the throttle body is. And also, if theres any air in the cooling system, it can cause these motors to idle wierd.

Any advice?

an h23 intake manifold does not fit the h22. the upper plenum on teh manifold is the same for h22 and h23 as well.

sounds like you nwws to check for intake manifold leaks, bubbles in the coolant and faulty idle control parts.

Then how come I'm using an h23 TB gasket and not an h22 gasket?
