JDM engines????
This kid was telling me to get a TypeR tranny for my B18C1 from japan because (i dont know if this is true) once the engines get to 40K that it has to be changed.
seems like a dumb rule to me, what do you think or know about this???

from what understand the older a car gets the more expensive the registration gets causing cars to get junked. I don't think theres any mileage law. I could be wrong
im really not sure about that...
my MR2 went through the "Shaken" this year.
it has... i dont remember exactly but 60,000km+ and its a 1990MR2 SW20
The older the car gets, you have to go through the "Shaken" more. Like my car, i have to go get it checked again in 2 years, which is gonna cost me another oh, about 100,000 yen, which is about 800 bucks. I personally think the reason why the engines are low milage, is because there are bunch of people that crash these cars at low milages.
oh well, dunno.
