jdm ctr or itr tranny?

Default jdm ctr or itr tranny?

which one is better.. and is the old 97 and back itr jdm tranny.. any better than the gsr since the final drive is the same? what is the best tranny to get jdm.. and why? and how can the usdm itr tranny be better than usdm gsr tranny if the final drive is the same..
please help i am trying to find a tranny that will help my 1.4 mile... and get better traction.. and possible reduce wheel hop... help please
where can i buy these any one know??
good place to buy jdm trannies?

itr better than gsr because of better gearing, it is a common misconception that final drive means gearing of fifth gear, wrong, it is the part that each gear must go through when shifting. many jap trans come with LSDs which is one reason they are better, most also have better gearing than US. i would get a jdm itr if i were you.

Get a 98 spec r tranny. it's got the better FD.
