Icon3 JDM B16A RUNNING RICH ... HELP PLEASE!!!

ok so, im concerned about running rich on my engine, which im pretty sure I am... When I floor it ive noticed black smoke coming out of the exhaust and I just put new spark plugs in and today I pulled them to check them out and they are like really black. Ive read some post about running rich and have all the signs that indicate im running rich (black smokes, poor gas mileage, fuel odor, etc)

So, anybody in here knows how can this be fixed?

Engine is a JDM B16A

Do you have aftermarket fuel injectors, fuel rail or fuel pressure regulator? First things first check your fuel pressure; if that is ok, i would suspect an injector sticking open. If that's okay, move to the oxygen sensor (might be lazy or malfunctioning)
