JDM B16A

I'm a newbie here so bare with me. Has anyone ever heard of a B16A JDM SiR II engine not having a VTEC Pressure Switch, VTM? The VTEC Solenoid housing has a casting for it but no way to install one. The ECU is giving me a code 22. What do I need to do?

im in the process of getting my JDM B16A to start but i dont have a pressure switch either. it throws a code?

I talked to a local shop and they said I could just replace the solenoid with one that does have one. Is this true anyone?
