JDM B16 Wont Start
First off, I'm new. Hello !
I swapped a JDM B16a 2nd gen into my 92 integra. I replaced a bunch of parts, new timing belt, tensioner, water pump, cam seals, rear main seal, valve cover gasket, plugs, wires, cap & rotor button, and a new clutch kit.
Now......It'll turn over but wont start. The first turn sounds great, like it will catch, but then starts to sound sick. My gauge lights are bright, I'm getting fuel fire & compression, but I am getting too much fuel.... My cylinder walls are getting too much fuel on them, which isnt good, because we all know, they need to be lubricated for the pistons etc.... I have an older fella doing the swap for me, he has been great thus far but is starting to get a little frustrated. He thinks it may be the ECU. The ECU is a PR3, obd1, thats right folks PR3. I ran my wires for vtec, and even if they were not correct, it would still start.
I have been told it is the timing, my grounds, distributor, basically a number of things. I'm looking for any suggestions from people or similiar experiences in the past. I wanna get this girl up and running !!!!
Thanks everyone

First thing I would check would be your timing. Make sure everything is lined up correctly. The head and bottom-end should be aligned, other wise your car will not be in time, and will not start.
Would I also be getting too much fuel because of this ? Basically from trying to crank it to start, my injectors staying open ?
Basically everyone or where I ask, says timing, or a ground....If I have fire, fuel & compression

Double check your grounds again, make sure that they are all there and nice and secure. Basically, you need fuel, spark, compression, and timing for a motor to run.
