If it WAS ups' fault or if you don't want to make a big deal out of it, the damage is not a big deal.. Just bend out as much as u can, make sure u dont make the bend go further back.. The gasket will seal towards the back and won't make cause any problems..

I'd talk some **** to R&D, make sure it wasn't their fault.. I've never dealt with them, so I don't know their reputation.. At least show them the pics and tell them that you'd rather not deal with them anymore and are showing the pics to the public.. Not being a dick and 'threatening' them, but they should know that YOU KNOW..

(2) Honda JDM 4-1s available for $350ea, front and lower heat shields for $55ea WITH new bolts (never supplied thru other dealers) - Both are Honda boxed/bagged and brand new

what's the gap for? will the bend(just the outter portion of the collector) affect the performence of the header?
