I built my whole exhaust out of jc whitney stainless bends, what exactly do you need to know?
If you get the stuff with the swaged ends , you can just slide one piece into the next and then weld it up.
God i wish the cost of the stainlees was as cheap as the stuff in the link you gave
I sent 300.00 just in bends.

For an exhaust you will need 2 each 90's and 2 each 45's and two short straight sections from AutoZone or wherever. The JCW aluminized mild steel bends use a generous (5"?) radius while their stainless steel bends appear to be much tighter. I realize that JCW doesn't have a great reputation for quality but the mandrel bent tubing I bought was US made.
Butt welding the tubing will make for a better system if you can do it. A chop saw to cut the tubing works very nicely. Pick up some steel rod at your local hardware store to make OEM style hangers. Flat black BBQ paint works nice too<LOL>
Dave at SMSP has some nice mufflers and resonators as well as modified, ready to use Carsound cats. I used the longest resonator and the muffler with an internal bend to keep the noise down. He also has flanges and the bits and pieces to make stuff fit right.
Been there, done that. Btw hot pipes from welding will melt Mechanix gloves<LOL>

Hey E Prep, you heard of anyone using an AEM bypass valve on anything other than an AEM CAI? That's a very cool idea you have there. I'm thinking about doing that myself, but I'd like the bypass valve too.
I have that setup with the 3" cat on my teg and love it. It's actually somewhat quiet (I can have a conversation in the car with the windows up).
