Jackson Racing VPAC
What are the advantages of the APEXi VAFC over the Jackson Racing VPAC? My friend is kinda set on this new JR one since apparently you don't have to dyno tune it. He has a 5g lude with ihe. I'm just pretty sure that the JR doesn't allow the A/F tuning that the APEX does. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

You would still have to dyno tune it. The VPAC simply adjusts the fuel automatically at the VTEC x-over, thus making tuning easier. However, without dyno tuning, you can actually rob HP by setting your VTEC point wrong.
Another downside I see in the VPAC is the lack of tuning ability. You can not control fuel intake. The VAFC gives you that ability.
