Default Its lowered now what about an alignment??

O.K. guys you have always been helpfull in here so again i ask some dumb questions, i lowered the civic, and i went looking around for an alignment kit. Wich one should i get?? Theyrange for 695 to 50 bucks help please. I dont have a big *** bank roll, but i can afford about 200 bucks, but do i need that much??? Thanks

how much is your car lowered.

TOE eats tires not camber if its a reasonable amount.

I run 1.6 neg in front , 1.2 in the rear and have ZERO wear issues.

Your stock control arms and camber might be able to support your drop. Unless it is slammed, then a kit will be needed. H&R have a simple inexpensive kit.

Camber however needs to be fixed or else you'll lose performance and traction like most people the drop their cars. The tires don't lay flat on the ground, resulting in less traction, therefore less performance - get what I mean.

for you. I love the people that want everything to work effently on their cars, best way to do it, not half assed.

so whts the washer trick, i ordered the skunk 2 upper control aems and they will be here on tues, but what is the washer trick, and yeah itspretty much slammed. tahanks guys. Ohh yeah, whats all of this toe stuff, i thought that only camber needed to be changed, any input would be great

Ohh yeah, whats all of this toe stuff, i thought that only camber needed to be changed
camber and toe will need to be corrected if its "slammed"

the washers go between the body of the car and the upper control arms in the rear.
it should make sense when you look at the suspension.
