Default ITR vs CTR 5-lug conversions

is there any difference between the rotor size or brake design?

also, if I have an ek, would the ctr 5-lug be the better choice for fitment?

rotor and calipers are identical
if the EK9 and EK4 front spindles are the same then they are different than DC2

Watch it on the JDM DC2 98+ 5 lug... They run the 36mm hub which only accepts a 36mm axle... My friend had the 36mm **** on his 97 GSR turbo coupe and he kept snappin axles so it was a real pain in the ***... USDM **** is just a lot easier if you are worried... Peace

could someone elaborate on the axle information? So which year ITR or CTR 5-lug should I be shopping for?

For JDM Teg, 96-97... I'm pretty sure that the CTR ran the standard 32mm hub the entire time so you should be okay there... (double check tho, I could be wrong) and all USDM ITR 5 lug... It's the same as 96-97 JDM... Peace

From my understanding, you can get any CTR 5-lug and any USDM 5-lug. The main difference between these 2 would be that you would reuse your stock LCA with the ITR.

Try to avoid the 98+ ITR 5-lug because of the larger axles, hubs, etc.

Maybe I can help

96JDM ITR = 4x114.3 lug pattern, sorry folks, not 5 lug, but it DOES have the 32mm hub nut

98+ JDM ITR all use the 5x114.3 setup. The 36mm hub nut is found on ALL 98+ spec units. I have a friend who used a "90-92 Accord axle" Dont hold it against me cause Im not sure myself, thats what he told me.

ALL CTR's have the 32mm hub nut. You CAN put the CTR 5lug on ANY EK, EG, DC chassis, front and back.

USDM ITR setup is the same as the CTR

thanx guys for clearing that up, one more question though,

I plan to get a ITR swap w/ at the same time as the 5-lug from the same place (passwordJDM), so if if this is a 98+ jdm ITR motor, I would just get the 98+ ITR 5-lug (36mm) right?

Would the CTR 5-lug (32mm) work w/ this ITR motor too? or will I need ctr axles?

the 36mm hub came with the ITR's with the 16 in rims.. there are 98+ 5 lugs that use the 32mm nut too.
