Default ITR sway bar application

I am going to put an Itr rear sway bar on my g/f 95 Integra, and was wondering about the BSQ kit. I have all the parts except for the spacer. So i was wondering if i could use "x" amount of washers to achieve the same height as the BSQ spacer? my concern is that washers might move around. any ideas? and yes im being really cheap.

she drives the **** out of her car and wanted tighter handling. I have a beaks kit on my car. We both go to the circuit when open track day comes, so yes, it is still needed. Its funny because she drives better then most of the guys i know. Im still better because the Master never teacher the student everything he knows
