Default ITR Internals in a b18A

What exactly has to be done to run full internals(crank rods pistons) if possible.
....im almost positive the pistons fit no problem for a nice mod but the rods dont. will the crank? and will the rods if i change the crank or will this not affect my stroke?
if only the pistons were done with basic cai/h/e chip AFC. would a decnt gain be
noticed?

?thnx
derek

heres the catch....

when using itr rods, use an itr/gsr crank.

when using ls rods, use an ls crank.

otherwise you are all set.
if you use itr/b16 pistons on ls rods you get long stroke of ls crank and ls rods with the higher compression of the itr/b16 pistons... nice setup
