ITR Headers on a B16A in EG

Do you guys recommend using the ITR headers for a 99 SI motor in a EG HB? What's the best setup? Running 2.5" piping w/ ES Oval

As in the JDM ITR or the USDM??? The JDM ITR is personally my favorite header tho i don't use them on B16's very often they do fine on GSR EG's.... I'm pretty sure you would be happy with it... Latez
