Default ITR cams in GSR at 6000 ft

Just wanted to know if performance is lost when running the ITR cams in my GSR at my altitude, 6000 ft. I mean, if I do go to ITR cams, will it give more performance, or will it decrease performance. Thanks.

being at a higher elevation will just decrease overall engine performance.
cause of air density ect.......

the cams will have little say, meaning it will be better than your stockies but will
not perform as it would normally at lower (sea levels)
