Default ITR cam install question

I have a 1996 gsr w/ stock head. The springs are going to be upgraded of course. But I'm not sure if ITR LMAs are neccesary. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

they are not necessary. benefits of the LMAs can only be seen on higher lift cams, where then can offer a little more lift without overstressing other parts of the vlave train. (ie. crower cam breakage supposedly has been linked to not using ITR LMAs)
