Are itbs on a bseries worth it

Trying to go itbs on my b16a what do you guys recomend so it can defend itself

Trying to defend ITBs on a b16a you say... I recommend .45 acp. Some may recommend a 9mm, some like .40s, but I like the good ol' .45 caliber bulldozer.
