Also on the rear sway is there any kit that i would be able to use to mount the type-r sway without using new bolt holes or modifying it to fit? What im asking is there a kit that make it just bolt straight in??

Yes a 24mm(gsr) front bar will work. You will need the D brakets and endlinks off a gsr. To put a 22mm (type R) you will need gsr or type endlinks. I used the Beaks mouting kit for the needed subframe re-inforcement. (works great! and many others use it) . For the D brakets i'd get some energy suspension or prothane. Altough, i'm not sure if the LS subframe is the same as a type r... if it is you could just use the complete type r setup...

Heres a relativly clear pic of the type r bar, energy sus D braket and beakts mounting kit. http://www.tasam.com/~amrit/amrit/itrl.jpg

good luck
