Integra running super rich?
Hello,
Just hoping to get a little bit of help here. I bought an Integra with a cracked head gasket for cheap and decided ill just go ahead and get it fixed and everything will be okay.
So i get the gaskets replaced and had the head resurfaced and all that good stuff at the machine shop.
Car runs fine but seems a little slow to me. Maybe because i had a GSR and this is an LS but it smells like gas in cabin here and there on freeways. It will come and go usually every few minutes. On idle you dont really smell anything except from the exhaust pipe. Really strong gas smell.
Another issue is on stop and go traffic even without using brake. Just driving slow and clutching in and out, the idle drops really low like its about to die then goes back up to about 800rpms and is fine. On idle everything is fine.
Started it tonight and had white smoke coming out of exhaust but maybe cause it was cold. Reved it a bit and it was a lot. Dont know whats going on but any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

white smoke is normal at start up as long as it goes away after a few feet...you should check for an exhaust leak anywhere from the exhaust manifold to the o2 sensor using seafoam on a cold startup where it's easier to use.
mechanically stuck inj. had same issue on a b20v i had poured white smoke like a hg. after few tests found leaking inj. you may also have a bad coolant temp sensor( though i doubt it since runs "ok")
