Default integra idle problem

i have a 94 ls with 140,000 miles it runs pretty good but sometimes when i stomp it i fell a little hesitation around 4500 and i notice when i am idling if i rev the motor even the slightest little bit the idle spped drops to around 250-300 and them pops back up to around 7000.i check my timing and it is dead even on 18+ any ideas or suggestions?

The hesitation around 4500 is most likely due to your ignition system. Probably time for new plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. The drop at idle and the high rev is probably due to your fast idle valve under the throttle body if your cable is tight and isn't snagging and the throttle chamber is clean.
