INTAKE problem!!!

First I apologize for my english
This is my first post on this forum. I have problem and i don't know what shoud i do?
I will install in my FN2 (euro civic type r) intake but in another place. I will use stock intake pipe and apexi filter. I meen this setup

I will relocate the battery and make somethink like this.

I will use stock intake pipe but when I nstall this pipe like on foto above i will have this angine pipes connectors from bottom!!
I'm talking about this pipes


If I install this intake like this can I plug too intake engine pipes from the bottom.

both of those lines are just ventilation hoses. Its a good idea to keep those connected to your intake (this allows you to pull air through the lines that has already been through your air filter) but it doesnt really matter how they are connected, I'm not really sure what your question was, but i think the answer is that it's ok to connect those hoses any way you can, just as long as they are still connected to your air intake.
