Intake Manifold and Larger T.B

Would a larger throttle body bolt on to an intake manifold.For example Skunk2 I.M and Skunk 2 70mm T.B or would you need to port match the 2 to fit.

I think the skunk2 im is 64mm but dont quote me on that but i do know that the im will have to be port matched to the 70mm throttle body.
