so i am just wondering do you have to run a IAT, because i am doing a wire tuck and realized that my cars IAT sensor was not hooked up to the ecm so now im wondering do i need to run at all and will it affect performance, i heard its needed for tuning, but thats just what i heard as far as i know the IAT is only use to regulate exhaust-gas recirculation.. can someone help me i have a 92 eg hatchback with a gsr...

 

plug it back into the senor on the manifold. its used for tuning and more

 

its not that its just that on my harness for the IAT one side goes to the sensor and the other side goes to a male plug, but i dont know where that plugs in i mean is that normal... on the ecm the IAT its located on connector D red/yellow, but the thing is that it should be a 2 pin plug not 1.... anyone else have a input on what to do .......
