Default Intake

Need some help deciding which intake i should get.

I have a injen short ram on my gsr
is the password jdm intake a better intake ???

its not gonna be that much better and mostly your just paying for the name. i woundnt even have got the injen one. no name pipe and k&n filter are the best in my opion

get one from ebay jsut use a good filter and call it a day

If CARB legality for smog is your primary concern then I would just get the cheapest shortram intake you can find that's specific to your application and comes with a CARB E.O. #/sticker. As far as I know, the Password JDM intakes are not CARB certified. Of course, you could also look on craigslist, etc for an OEM GSR airbox which would obviously pass the smog visual inspection, and should also be fairly cheap.

Just throw on an OEM for the pass, and get a hybrid intake ie. Comptech Icebox.

intakes are all generally the same. buy the cheapest one you can find it will do the same job just as good.
