installing O2 sensor(butt connector)?
i just replaced my O2 sensor and i used a butt connector instead of soldering it. some people say not to use the butt connector because the O2 sensor runs off of 1 volt and theres enough resistance in the butt connector to make the O2 sensor not work correctly. anyone know for sure?

Aftermarket O2's come with a butt connector and suggest using it in the instruction that come with the O2. The instructions also say where you should make the cut in the wire (of your old O2). It's not only the resistance in the connector, but the wire itself.
I used one of these myself and I noticed the lenght of the wire with the new O2 was shorter than the factory original. Probably to make up for the resistance in the connector a little bit. My Civic's still running and hasn't even given me a code in the past year since I've changed mine, and I'm still getting the same gas mileage. Yours should work to, just tap into the wire in the right place.
