installing integra rods on d series motor

what bearings do I use? would they have to be custom made?

You need to have the big end narrowed to D series spec and you need to have the big end bushed to accept a 19mm wristpin (instead of the 21mm integra wristpin)

You did mean to say LITTLE end bushed,right?

Eagle rods don't look so expensive now do they?

Yeah, little end. The big end is 48mm for both 1.6 Civic and 1.8 Integra.
