Installing Honda Factory Driving Lights
I found a cool website that some of you may be aware of:

I noticed the price of the factory driving lights for the 2000 model year Civics and the ease of the overall install. However, the part that has me worried is the cutting of the front bumper to install the lights themselves. Has anyone attempted to install these lights?
