Default Installing a d series header on a DOHC ZC

I want to put a header on my dohc zc, i have a ractive d series header. I know you have to grind the ports on the header a little bit to make them line up. Is this too much trouble? or do you think i should just go buy a header to fir 88-89 integra? I dont want to be loosing any power by putting a header on that doesnt fit
