Installing Autometer Trans & Oil Temp in a Integra?

Well my question is if anyone has done it? or maybe had pictures of what you did, installin the oil temp I saw that I could just drill a hole in the oilpan, and install it there, but the trans temp? Have to drill a hole in the trani? Hmmm ... well maybe someone will know more then me. Thanx

if it were me, i'd see if it would fit in place of the transmission fluid drain bolt.. if not, i would then try to drill and tap the bolt itself or someting in its place.. i wouldn't tap the tranny itself but use a hole that's already there.

hmmm yah, dont really care if I drill a hole in the oil pan, but the trani ehh dont really want to do that... unless i get it done by someone who has done it before... but puttin the temp gauge in the oil pan good idea? would that give me the right temp of the oil?
