Default Installed New O2 Sensor, Getting Code PO325 (Knock Sensor), Any Ideas of How to Fix?

I have a 1998 GSR (running stock P72 ECU) and I swapped in a brand new "after the cat" NTK (NGK Brand) O2 Sensor.

Everything was running fine before the install but now i'm getting a PO325 engine code - Knock Sensor Code. I erased the code with an engine code scanner but it keeps coming back.

Do I need a new knock sensor or could it be something else?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
