Default Installation Time Needed

I have gotten all of my car upgrades together and I am ready to install them. I have no experience working on cars, but should be able to follow instructions. I have a 1995 Acura Integra LS 4-door. Here's what needs doing on my car:

Remove:
-Stock Header
-Stock Catalytic Converter
-Stock Exhaust
Install:
-Comptech 4-2-1 Header
-Comptech Power-Pro Catback Exhaust
-SMSP/Carsound Catalytic Converter
-Neuspeed Front Strut Tower Bar
-Neuspeed Rear Strut Tower Bar
-Neuspeed Rear Lower Tie Bar
-Eibach Pro-Kit
-Koni Yellows
-OEM GS-R Spoiler With Brake LED (Bolt-On and Wiring)
-Audio System:
--Blaupunkt San Francisco Headunit
--I do have Trim Kit and Wiring Harnesses
--MB Quart Premium Series 6.5" Component Speakers for Front Doors
--Infinity Reference 6" x 9" Coaxial Speakers for Rear Deck

Also, what would be a fair price to pay a mechanic that is an ex of a friend that does work at home on the side?

Thanks,
Ben

if you have no experience working on cars
i would say about a weekend
1 day for everything but suspension
1 day for the suspension and stereo
but thats an estimate.

Be prepaired to deal with some very stubborn exhaust and suspension bolts.

Remove:
-Stock Header
-Stock Catalytic Converter
-Stock Exhaust
Since you're removing EVERYTHING.. you may just want to remove the lower half of the header and DROP everything together: the exhaust, the CAT and the lower half of the header!
Install:
-Comptech 4-2-1 Header
-Comptech Power-Pro Catback Exhaust
-SMSP/Carsound Catalytic Converter
This should only take 1/2 day for 1st timers. Just take your time

-Neuspeed Front Strut Tower Bar
-Neuspeed Rear Strut Tower Bar
-Neuspeed Rear Lower Tie Bar
The strut bars are really easy. The lower Tie bar takes more effort because of the lower arms. make sure you have a jack to hold it up so the bolts slip in easier.

-Eibach Pro-Kit
-Koni Yellows
I would not attempt this if you are a first timer working on cars. YOu will need a spring compressor to get the spring on the shock. make sure you do an alignment after you put it on.

-OEM GS-R Spoiler With Brake LED (Bolt-On and Wiring)
this is only a couple hours work. work slow if you're drilling into your trunk. don't want to mess that up! also.. remove your trunk carpet or put something there that will catch the metal shavings when drilling... they're hot and could set the carpet on fire!

-Audio System:
--Blaupunkt San Francisco Headunit
--I do have Trim Kit and Wiring Harnesses
--MB Quart Premium Series 6.5" Component Speakers for Front Doors
--Infinity Reference 6" x 9" Coaxial Speakers for Rear Deck

since you have the harness... the head unit and front speakers will be no problem. I'm not too familiar with the rear deck of a teg. If it's like the civic, it's a PAIN to get out!!!
