Default inspections> muffler leaking

So the honda dealership told me my muffler was starting to leak... I need to get my car inspected this month I figure that the inspection station will fail me for this.... do i need to worry or should i be alright...
this is in NJ by the way

most likely it depends on how big the hole is in your exhaust. Last year I passed with a decent sized hole in my muffler. I say give it a shot, and if it fails you can always get it repaired
