Default Input needed on timing belt change

The motor has 61,xxx on it, and before the season is over I'm going to throw on a fresh headgasket and studs, and turn the boost up a little bit.

I'm going to replace the timing belt while I'm at it, but I just wanted to know if it would be really neccessary to replace the tensioner and the waterpump. Once the season is over, I'm going to be getting going on building my spare block, so I'm thinking I could pass on it.

Just need some clarification if it's 'mandatory' to do the tensioner and pump as well.
