input needed ctr cams in b16a timing idol???????????????

Ctr cams in a b16 should i run into any problems(timing etc.)?
Ok i am putting a set of ctr cams in my jdm b16a. I have the ctr cams valvespring retainers, i also am gonna be running the itr ecu. The heads been milled only 8 thousands which is whith in factory specs should I have a problem with the car idoling or being TIMED at all.. I also have adjustable cam gears just in case but i am hopeing everything goes smoothly
