are injectors interchangeable
i was wondering if aftermarket injectors such as rc,denso, msd, etc can be interchanged between b and d series motors.i am mostly concerned with the fit on these, cuz basically i'm looking at a set of peak and hold rc's some guy is selling from his prelude ,but im looking to put them on my str fuel rail for my sohc vtec.any help would be great guys.
They may FIT physically but if you go bigger than stock you need to use a fuel computer (apex-i SAFC or HKS Super AFR) to control the bigger injectors otherwise you will run way too rich and loose power.
The physical fitment of the injectors would be the least of your concerns... The signaling requirements for saturated VS Peak and hold injectors are completely different.
In order to run peak and hold injectors, you will need an ECU or standalone EMS that has injector drivers that support peak and hold. All B and D series Honda ECUs have saturated injector drivers. You cannot reliably use B or D series Honda ECUs with peak and hold injectors.
Some good articles on the differences:

ok maybe i should have been a little more specific.i know about the whole resistance thing.i am gonna be using a TEC-II engine management.i just am not sure if b series injectors have a different diameter than the d series.the ones i'm looking to purchase are peak and hold ,but they are from a b series motor.and to all who have resonded thank you.any more help would be appreciated.
The only thing you may have to do is open up the cushions a little bit on the manifold side of the injectors.
If your stock injectors and saturated then you will need to wire up a resistor box to them. These can be found in most OBD0 cars and are very easy to wire up.
I dont know if the TECII can easily be programmed to run either saturated or peah and hold style injectors==I just dont know about that computer--I know with my hondata you cant.
hope this helps you. And I would be skeptical to listen to what some people have to say in the Tech forum--most dont have a clue!
*EDIT* More than likely the person that you are buying these from had to slightly modilfy the cushions to get them to fit into thier H series motor. This is no big thing and everyone has to do it, so its pretty standard when upgrading injectors.
