INJECTOR IMPEDENCE(dynamic electrical resistance)
There's Peak and Hold which require more currrent v. Saturated. Running Peak and Hold injectors with an ecu made for saturated injectors may burn out the ecu.

NOZZLE TYPE

Pintle

This is probably the most common nozzle style and produces a cone shaped spray pattern similiar to what you would see with the vegetable misters at the produce section of your supermarket. Brands that have this type if nozzle are, kihein (Honda OE), Denso (Toyota, etc), and Bosch.

Disc

Lucas injectors use the disc nozzle. This makes for a laser beam style squirt pattern. This injector is commonly sold by RC Engineering in there 245, 270, 310, 370, 440, and 550cc/min injectors.

Ball Disc

The ball disc injector uses a dis with very small holes in front of a metal ball. This type of nozzle provides extremely good fuel atomization and can idle extremely well even in 1000cc sizes. The brand that his this type of nozzle is Rochester.

Hope this helps.
