Are you talking about without some onboard datalogger? My multimeter can check duty cycle as well as pulse width. It's a SnapOn meter, basically a rebadged high end Fluke. So I know the better Fluke meters are capable of this, but it wasn't cheap.
im talkin about how to see what duty cyle there at cause i know at 80% most of them max out so how would i check that with a multimeter or whatever u said does it tell u the % and im talkin about with just the stock car no datalogger or anything just a vafc

Yeah, basically ground the common on the meter and the other lead goes to injector signal.
